I am feeling much better today. :) My attitude it much more like me instead of the angry monster I've been feeling like. I got up and did my abs and cardio. I think I tweaked my back a little. My right side is a little unhappy when I twist. I'm taking it easy so I think I'll be fine. I am feeling so good right now. I can see improvements. I feel healthy and strong. I could have used more sleep but I'm better than I have been the last few days.
Positive thoughts and energy today. :D

Hey girl...I'm just getting caught up on reading too! I feel like I'm going through the last year of my life by reading your blog! I too couldn't get enough reading everything about competition...you've been bitten, look out!! Diet is everything, if you can nail the diet you can be a competitor, and I know you can do it if you want it bad enough...and I can tell you want it badly!!!
I have to wait to look at that suit...I tried, I'm in violation of hospital policy by bringing up that site...opps!!

Thanks for the support. Yesterday was rough. Things were great *before* work. Meal timing is my absolute biggest challenge. My one boss is just not nice. She wants to see me fail. She even said the phrase "you should just stay fat." Ahhhhhh! She didn't say it yesterday, but it is always there. She doesn't let me take even a 2 minute break to grab some food.
I hate eating protein bars- I'd rather have real food, but I have to stash some kind of nutrition in otherwise I won't get meals in at all. Anyway... yesterday I resisted all sorts of crap food again. And for the record- pizza was my favorite food. I get to smell it all the darn time because they always bring in pizza for us when we don't have time for lunches. If Tony only knew how good I have been. lol I was really bummed out last night. I hate my job as it is, but everything that happened nearly sent me to the ice cream place. I opted for chicken and broccoli instead though. I knew I would only end up feeling worse in the end.
Porsha- I think we are on the same day. :) Today is day 21. :) As of today I have lost 10lbs. I know that seems good, but the first week I lost 6.4! I had hoped for a couple big weeks like that. Can't complain though. :)
I'm glad you are feeling better. We all have those damn ups and downs. I'm so happy for you that you are able to resist so much temptation. Whoo-hoo! I'm so sorry that things are so difficult for you at work. Just do what you can and don't worry about it too much. It's the worry that will hurt you the most.
