Was reading your new blog but can't comment for some reason. I'm right there with you girl. I SO understand the statement: "It's time." We are strong warriors, we can get UP when we fall and fight even harder. I BELIEVE in you Hilary and I KNOW you can do this. Don't beat yourself up, just MOVE ON. I KNOW how hard it is to do that, but YOU MUST. Fight girl, YOU ARE WORTH IT.
Yeah what Evelyne said..I think too you hired a trainer...you have to reach out...fight and reach out..you also need vision...you have to see what you want...you have to have faith...god I wish I could coach you to get you there because if you could see where you could be you would go. See it...make vision boards and really feel what it feels like to be that peron...and I'm not just talking body...mind too! I've never given up on you Hilary, I know you can do this!
